 Qualification |
Each
finished product from Eastop will be verified and checked
by complete and strict testing with destructiveness, including
product testing and raw material testing, which is aimed
to examining towards on actual functionality by imitating
normal use but much higher than it, in order to secure product
quality and our honor. Testing method is a summary reference
to some world-famous brands. |

1.
Rolling test
This testing is aimed to testing wheel set and trolley system,
tested object is stuffed averagely with standard loading
from 12-30kg in accordance with object dimension and volume
at speed at 4.5km/hour to 6km/hour for 3o kilometers |

2.
Throwing test
To test shell quality and destroy resistance, tested object
whatever which size is stuffed with 20kg to drop automaticly
from 1 meter high, at each angel/each side/each panel, so
totally 26 times.

3.
Up and down test
To test resistance shoulder strap, handle and trolley system
emphasized on trolley handle, tested object is stuffed averagely
with standard loading with 12-30kg in accordance with object
dimension and volume, shoulder strap 10,000times, Top handle/lateral
handle 10,000 times,trolley handle 1,000 times. |

4.
Punching test
To test shell quality and destroy resistance, 2kg sharp hammer
to drop from 20cm-200cm at 5 points of shell surface. |

5.
Staring test
To test wheel set and trolley system especially trolley
tube resistance, tested object is stuffed averagely with
standard loading from 12-30kg in accordance with object
dimension and volume to go down on stair by 200 steps. |

6.
Pavement test
To test bottom fabric/PVC protection resistance, tested
object is stuffed averagely with standard loading with 12-30kg
in accordance with object dimension and volume, and scratched
at 45 degree angle at stair for 12 times. |

7.
Stability
To test object stability, push air case (without loading)
forwards 5cm and still stand up not fall down. |

8.
Cold resistance
To adjust temperature and humidity as requested, normally
-15℃ to stay 4hours, then drop automaticly with air case
to see damage situation |

To
test fabric, metal part, plastic part, webbing, PVC, zipper...
on aspect of tensile strength, nail tearing, tearing, stitching,
flexing, adhesion, taber, crocking, weight, density, synthetic
sweat, atmospheric corrosion. |
